The month of March produced much progress on our project. The better weather has allowed our contractors to maintain their schedules and have reduced the curing and drying times of many trades. 

This month has seen the continuation of the site improvements, grading and landscaping around the recently completed buildings, as well as several more owner move-ins. With the completion of each new building, more landscaping has been installed and the project moves closer to having the look of a completed development!

With only one building left to complete, the project is definitely winding down. We are approximately 60% occupied at this time, with more homeowners moving in daily. If all continues smoothly, we should hit our August completion date with little or no difficulty.
