Okay, I’m running out of things to talk about in the construction report because construction is pretty much over!

The last few homeowners moved in this month and our crews have left the site. Small amounts of work still need to be completed and signed off on by the HOA (particularly landscaping!), but most everything else is complete. We also held our first HOA meeting this month and elected the board. Now we begin to transition the running of the property to the HOA and the property management company.
