July saw much progress here at Iron Horse Lofts. During the month, we began to come in the home stretch on this project. While we continued to work on building 1, we began the finishing touches on the rest of the project. 

Almost all landscaping has been completed at this time. As well, we were able to install the pavers at both ends of Iron Horse Lane. The pavers will help delineate our property from the public street and give the lane a look more suitable to the rest of the development. 

At this point we are finishing up all detail work on building one and anxiously await our certificate of occupancy. If all goes according to schedule, we will have homeowners moving into building 1 in the next couple of weeks!
