April was another productive month at Iron Horse Lofts. The weather continues to be on our side and we move rapidly in the direction of completion. 

Again, this month has seen the continuation of the site improvements, grading and landscaping around the recently completed buildings, as well as several more owner move-ins. With the completion of each new building, more landscaping has been installed and the project moves closer to having the look of a completed development!

The work on building 1 continues at a rapid pace and everything appears to be on schedule for an August completion.

We also held our first IHL BBQ this month and had great attendance by all homeowners already living here at IHL, as well as a few homeowners who haven’t moved in yet!  We look forward to more homeowner networking and the development of a community here at IHL.
