Construction Report: September, 2001
By Kacey Callinan, Assistant Project Manager

Without doubt the biggest visual change on-site has been the painting of the Sales Office & Model building – and yes, as you’re seeing, we’ve gone with a bold palette, which was actually strongly recommended and encouraged by our surrounding community groups!

We’re also in the motions of installing the deck stairs, pavers and guard rails, light fixtures, and many other exterior accessory finishes. Inside, nearly all the finish work is complete with only a few details left – mirrors, door handles and the like. The model lofts are also already dressed up with beautiful hardwoods, furnishings, paint treatments, window coverings, and are on their way to being complete in the next few days.

The rest of the construction site is moving forward on schedule. While we’re accelerating critical path items for our upcoming Pre-Opening Event for registered clients on Saturday, September 8th, construction on the remaining seven buildings is on target with our anticipated schedule dates. We have only two building pad foundations to be poured, and framing is about to start on the sixth building.

What's to Come in September

Complete Building VIII
Pour foundations for Buildings I and II
Complete framing Building III, IV, VII and VI
Start Sanitary/sewer hookups
Complete sidewalk curb and gutter on Las Juntas Way
Start Iron Horse Lane construction
Complete MEP rough-ins in building VII, IV, III and VI
Start roof on Building VII and III

That’s it for this month’s update. As always, don’t forget to check the Construction Report next month for additional updates on our progress, and if you haven’t registered already, please take a minute to register with us at www.ironhorselofts.com/registration.asp.  We will keep you abreast of the latest and greatest at Iron Horse Lofts!

Regards,

Kacey
