Construction Report: February, 2001 By Kacey Callinan, Assistant Project Manager We're underway! What began as a vacant lot is now a scene of constant activity. The land has been fenced and cleared. A construction trailer is on site, serving as the headquarters for the contractors, architect, engineers, subcontractors and others who swarm over the property. Getting started has energized us all and, despite a few weather delays, our overall progress has been great. Iron Horse Lofts is off to a terrific start.
