Iron Horse Lofts is being developed by Bart Lofts,
LLC, whose members include Holliday Development, the pioneering force behind such cutting edge developments as 601 Fourth Street, and most recently, the Emeryville Warehouse. For over a decade, our team has taken on some of the most complicated real estate projects in the San Francisco Bay Area and developed a portfolio of award-winning properties that work for everyone: homeowners, businesses and the community at large. Headquartered in Emeryville, California, our expertise is in creating livable, workable space that meets the needs of a constantly changing and diverse market area.
