We are happy to report that the Grand Opening was another big hit!  Hundreds of people visited Iron Horse Lofts to see the first lofts in Contra Costa County! Thank you to everyone who was able to attend this special event. On Saturday and Sunday, October 13th and 14th, guests of Iron Horse Lofts were given a preview of the models and the opportunity to select a new loft home. As a result, Phase I is now sold-out and we are writing contracts on Phase II (Buildings III & IV). We anticipate releasing Phase III at some point in December 2001. Please call us directly at 925-945-6555 if you would like to schedule an appointment to reserve your new loft home in Phase II.

If you missed the Grand Opening and want to see what all the excitement is about, we are now open daily (except Thursday) from 12-5pm.
