Conceived by David Baker FAIA & Partners, Architects, the unique design of the Iron Horse Lofts represents a new opportunity for East Bay homeowners to own something different, something with a little more edge, something with design integrity and innovative practicality.

A hybrid in the making, the 54 Iron Horse Lofts are townhouse lofts designed on a typical 3-story townhouse platform, each loft side-by-side within eight separate buildings, with each building containing from three to eleven lofts. What makes the Iron Horse Lofts different, however, are the many distinctive features found more commonly in lofts: high ceilings, open pitch and saw tooth roofs, open plan interiors, expansive windows, and architectural detailing. The space is both energetic and inviting, allowing owners much more freedom to shape the space to their individual needs.
