We are happy to report that the Pre-Opening was a smashing success! Thank you to everyone who was able to attend this special event. On Saturday, September 8th registered clients of Iron Horse Lofts were given a sneak preview of the models and the opportunity to select a new loft home at the pre-opening prices. During the open house, clients viewed the models, enjoyed the appetizers, and scheduled appointments to write contracts on Phase I. At the end of the day, Phase I of Iron Horse Lofts was sold out! Therefore, we have decided to open Phase II (Buildings III & IV) in the next few weeks, which is earlier than originally anticipated. Please call us directly at 925-945-6555 if you would like to reserve a loft in Phase II.

Otherwise, the next opportunity to view the models will be at the Grand Opening scheduled for mid October. If you missed the Pre-Opening and don’t want to wait for the Grand Opening, we will also be open on Sundays from 12-5pm.
